Our architecture firm in Faroe-Islands is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your expertise in both design and project management will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process, including managing contractors, reviewing progress, and making necessary adjustments
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes in requirements
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget limitations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Commercial Architect working on a variety of projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
