Concierge Coordinator in Eldoret, Kenya
As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay at our hotel in Eldoret. You will be the main point of contact for guests, handling all inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's facilities and services
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, entertainment, or other activities upon request
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Monitor guest feedback and address any complaints or concerns in a timely manner
- Assist with special arrangements such as anniversaries, birthdays, or other celebrations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
