Concierge (Indian Nationals)

We are a prestigious hotel located in the bustling city of Eldoret, seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and assistance to guests, ensuring their stay is enjoyable and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Offer recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, spas, or other services
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner and escalate any issues to management if necessary
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operating hours to assist guests with inquiries
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation for guests
- Provide general information about the city and its surroundings to guests
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of local attractions and restaurants preferred
- Must be physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month along with free visa sponsorship, airfare allowance, and medical insurance.
