Formwork Supervisor

We are hiring a skilled Formwork Supervisor to oversee the construction of formwork structures in our projects in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of formworkers and ensuring the timely and accurate installation of formwork according to project plans and specifications.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Formworker or related role
- Proven experience in supervising formwork construction projects
- Strong understanding of formwork systems and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the installation of formwork structures for each project
- Supervise a team of formworkers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor progress on projects, ensuring that all work is completed according to schedule and specifications
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Train new team members on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain inventory of materials needed for each project, ordering additional supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, relevant certification or degree preferred
- Strong technical skills with the ability to operate tools used in formwork construction
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
