Architectural Technologist in Lahore, Pakistan


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of building design and construction, working closely with architects and other professionals to turn their ideas into practical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred
