You should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a fine dining setting, and possess strong leadership skills. Your responsibilities will include developing new dishes, maintaining inventory and budget, and training and supervising kitchen staff. You must have excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients, as well as a passion for creating exceptional dishes. A degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred but not required. As the head chef, you will work closely with management to maintain high standards of quality and consistency while also staying up-to-date with current food trends.
