Project Manager



We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project completion within the agreed upon time frame and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with clients and team members
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to team members
- Foster a positive working relationship with all project stakeholders
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred but not required

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates.
