Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Aarhus. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects within the company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Assign tasks and allocate resources to team members
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues
- Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress and address any concerns
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
- Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as necessary
- Provide support to team members as needed to ensure project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards project goals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Aarhus (no accommodation provided)
