Information Security Analyst - Student Position in Copenhagen


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team as a student in Copenhagen. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, identifying potential vulnerabilities, and implementing measures to protect our company's data and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor security systems and investigate any potential security breaches
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and industry best practices
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with security protocols
- Communicate any security risks or incidents to management in a timely manner
- Assist with creating and maintaining information security policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student in an information security or related field
- Strong knowledge of information security principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience with vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk management
- Proficient in using tools such as SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical individuals

Preferred:
- Previous experience in an information security role or internship is a plus
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable

Salary:
This is a part-time student position with a salary of 1200$ per month.
