House Manager (Filipino/Al-Rayyan)


We are seeking a responsible and organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private household in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be Filipino, with previous experience managing a household and overseeing domestic staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the household, including budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
- Oversee domestic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the household
- Plan and organize special events and gatherings hosted by the household
- Maintain a clean and organized environment in the household
- Run errands as needed for the household
- Handle any other tasks or duties requested by the employer

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with managing budgets and inventory
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and products
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be Filipino (or have extensive knowledge of Filipino culture)
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided by employer
and have valid visa sponsorship.

Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
