Land Surveyor



As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the precise location and measurements of land boundaries, contours, and other features. Your work will be crucial in providing accurate data for construction projects and land development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and digital levels
- Analyzing survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Interpreting plans, maps, and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on-site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Ability to use surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS programs
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and procedures
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating distances, angles, and areas
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members from various backgrounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Jizan, a city in southwestern Saudi Arabia known for its beautiful beaches and historical sites.

Nationality Preference:
While this job is open to all nationalities, we are currently looking for Pakistani or Nepali candidates.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.

Employment Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.
