Job Title: Painter

As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes to surfaces of buildings and other structures. You will use brushes, rollers, and spray guns to complete your work, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail. You will also prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. This role requires excellent color perception and the ability to mix paints to achieve desired colors. Additionally, you will need to have a good understanding of safety procedures and be able to work at heights using ladders or scaffolding. Your work will contribute to the aesthetic appeal of our buildings and structures in La-Condamine.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors
- Protect surrounding areas from overspray or spills
- Use ladders or scaffolding to reach high areas as needed
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in a professional setting
- Excellent color perception and ability to mix paints accurately
- Knowledge of different painting techniques (e.g. brushwork)
- Familiarity with safety precautions when working at heights
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment as needed
- Good communication skills
- Must have own transportation

Salary: 1400$ per month.
