Job Title: Landscape Gardener

As a Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining beautiful and functional outdoor spaces. Your duties will include planting and caring for various plants, trees, and shrubs; installing irrigation systems; mowing lawns; and ensuring that the overall appearance of the landscape is well-maintained. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring that their specific needs and preferences are met.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements
- Proficiency in using gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Ability to design and execute landscaping projects according to client specifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning outdoor spaces based on client preferences
- Planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and caring for various plants and trees
- Installing irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining the overall appearance of the landscape
- Identifying potential pest or disease issues and taking appropriate action to prevent or treat them
- Communicating regularly with clients to address any concerns or requests they may have
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed
- Operating gardening equipment safely
- Adhering to all safety regulations while working

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in horticulture or landscaping preferred
- Previous experience working as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of plant species native to Faroe Islands is an asset

Working Conditions:
- This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month
- Applicants must have their own visa and be legally eligible to work in Faroe Islands
- This position is open to all nationalities
- Work schedule may vary depending on the season and weather conditions
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical demands include bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
