Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor


As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. You will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained in accordance with hotel standards. Your role will involve supervising and training housekeeping staff, conducting quality control inspections, and overseeing inventory and ordering of supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene within the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and hotel standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high levels of cleanliness
- Address any issues or complaints from guests regarding housekeeping services
- Manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to provide timely cleaning services for guest requests or special events
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by enforcing health and safety regulations
- Assist with scheduling shifts and assigning duties to housekeeping staff
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the housekeeping department preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong leadership skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Remish, India. Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
