A renowned bakery in Plovdiv is seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable pastries, cakes, and desserts that will delight our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about pastry making and has a strong knowledge of different baking techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes or customer requests
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Collaborate with the management team to create new menu items and seasonal offerings
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of different baking techniques, including pastry decoration techniques
- Creativity and passion for pastry making with an eye for detail
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt them as needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
