We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for measuring and mapping land areas, providing accurate data for construction and development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using specialized equipment and technology
- Interpret plans, maps, and legal documents to determine property boundaries
- Prepare reports and drawings based on survey findings
- Utilize GPS, total stations, and other tools to measure distances and angles
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on project plans
- Ensure accuracy of survey data through careful measurements and calculations
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Strong understanding of legal documents and property boundaries
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills for collaborating with other professionals

Salary:
1200$ per month
