We are a leading land surveying company based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land for construction, engineering, and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys to determine precise locations of boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features
- Using advanced tools such as GPS receivers, robotic total stations, and aerial photography to collect accurate data
- Analyzing data from surveys, maps, deeds, and legal descriptions to establish property boundaries
- Preparing detailed reports and maps using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicating with clients to understand their project requirements and providing professional advice on land surveying matters
- Managing project timelines and ensuring the accuracy of all survey data collected
- Collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, architects, and construction workers to ensure accurate site planning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficiency in using advanced land surveying equipment and CAD software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-professionals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per week (negotiable based on experience)
