We are hiring an experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Akron. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will work on high altitude projects, utilizing your specialized skills and equipment to perform tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures. This physically demanding role requires candidates to be physically fit and comfortable working at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access and work on structures at height
- Conduct various tasks such as cleaning, painting, welding, and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and utilize proper equipment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Previous experience in industrial alpinism or rope access techniques required
- Knowledge of safety protocols and proper use of equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid visa sponsorship (if applicable)
