Head Chef



We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Isa Town. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing new menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in preparing and cooking food according to menu specifications
- Create and develop new menus that are innovative, diverse, and meet dietary requirements
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Train, coach, and mentor kitchen staff to improve their culinary skills
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
