Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and create contingency plans to mitigate them
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage project budget and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
- Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or related role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
