Computer Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Greenland. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues reported by clients
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and software applications
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords for new employees
- Maintain inventory of equipment and software licenses
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
