We are currently hiring for the position of Teamlead in our Copenhagen office. As a Teamlead, you will oversee and manage a team of professionals, ensuring the successful completion of projects and the achievement of team goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on team progress and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and effective cross-team communication
- Train new team members on company procedures, policies, and systems
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
