A luxury hotel in Umm-Said is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas. You will also be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance
- Train and manage housekeeping staff, ensuring high quality service and adherence to hotel standards
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and place orders when necessary
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain accurate records of room occupancy, check-out dates, and special requests from guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role as a Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
