Office Assistant
Our growing company is in need of a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Mecca. We are looking for a skilled individual who is fluent in Hindi and has experience working in an office environment. The ideal candidate should be able to handle multiple tasks, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and the candidate must have their own biometric passport. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to candidates already based in Mecca. This is an urgent job opening, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with various office tasks as needed. Your role will also involve data entry, updating spreadsheets and databases, and ensuring that all office supplies are sufficiently stocked.
To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience working in an office setting. Strong time management skills are essential as you will often be juggling multiple tasks at once. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and can work independently with minimal supervision.
As we work with international clients, the ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required for this position. However, fluency in Hindi is a must.
