Insurance Claims Adjuster


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Pula. As an English-speaking adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements with policyholders. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims, including reviewing policy details and collecting evidence
- Determine coverage and liability for each claim based on policy terms and applicable laws
- Communicate with policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant parties to gather information and clarify details of the claim
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders in a fair and professional manner
- Document all activities and findings related to the claim in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an adjuster in the insurance industry
- Fluent English language skills required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
