Merchandising Coordinator


As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products in our retail stores are displayed and marketed in an attractive and organized manner. You will work closely with the buying team to develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with our brand and target audience. This position is based in Atlanta, but we welcome candidates of all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute merchandising strategies for our retail stores
- Develop visual displays that showcase products in an appealing way
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, tagged, and priced
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising displays
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Atlanta, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities.
