Senior Computer Systems Analyst

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Roskilde. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex computer systems and providing recommendations for improvements and advancements. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective computer systems that meet the needs of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of current computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement new computer systems to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure system compatibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with existing computer systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend updates or upgrades as needed
- Train employees on how to effectively use new or updated computer systems
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for system implementation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) principles
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python etc.
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, Oracle) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
