Online Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Copenhagen. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online platforms such as live chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various online channels
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products or services
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies in order to provide the best service possible
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service or sales (online experience is preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service to customers
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Accommodation will not be provided.
