Architectural Designer (Indian/Canadian)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and blueprints for various projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural plans and blueprints based on client requirements
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D/3D designs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet all necessary regulations and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Provide accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Prepare presentations to showcase designs to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. We welcome applications from Indian or Canadian candidates who are legally eligible to work in Clairvaux.
