Chef de Cuisine
The Chef de Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and creating delicious, high-quality meals for our restaurant in São-Paulo. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, a strong understanding of various cooking techniques, and a passion for creating unique and innovative dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Develop and implement new menu items while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and adherence to food safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
