Hotel Sales Manager - Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Utena, Lithuania. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales and hospitality to advance their career in an international setting.

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other potential partners to promote the hotel and its services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential partners
- Conduct site visits and presentations for potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of events or bookings
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (other languages considered an asset)
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates)
