Experienced Mason

We are in search of an experienced Mason to join our team in Malindi. As a Mason, your main responsibility will be to construct and repair structures using various materials such as brick, concrete, and stone. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations to ensure that all work is completed safely and up to standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark building lines according to blueprints
- Mix mortar and other construction materials
- Lay bricks, blocks or stones in a neat and orderly manner
- Cut or shape materials to fit specific requirements
- Build corners, walls, arches, and other structures as needed
- Repair any damages or cracks in existing structures
- Ensure proper alignment and leveling of all structures
- Follow safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason (at least 3 years)
- Proficient in using masonry tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans accurately
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1600$ per month
