Restaurant Manager - Kenyan Nationals Preferred


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a busy and popular restaurant in Eschen. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profits.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness
- Ensure that all employees are trained and performing their duties to the highest standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain quality control of food and drinks
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to improve profitability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month

This position is open to Kenyan nationals who have relevant experience in restaurant management. Applicants from other countries will also be considered if they meet the requirements. This is an English-speaking job; however, knowledge of German is a plus.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. We are looking for individuals who are already residing in Eschen or willing to relocate on their own.
