Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)
We are in search of an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our location in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and food quality
- Create work schedules for employees and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, culture, and customs
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Must have the legal right to work in Liechtenstein
