Junior Database Administrator (Faisalabad)



We are hiring a Junior Database Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases to ensure smooth operations and data security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in database design, maintenance, and optimization
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Implement security measures to protect data from unauthorized access or modification
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Create and maintain database documentation, including backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Conduct regular backups and perform data restores when necessary
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL)
- Familiarity with database design principles and performance tuning techniques
- Experience with backup and recovery procedures
- Proficiency in coding language such as SQL or Python is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this contract job.
