Senior Architect


We are in need of a talented and highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Lisbon. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction progress and make necessary changes as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor and supervise junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial or large-scale residential projects
- Familiarity with sustainability practices
- Fluency in Portuguese

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation assistance. We also provide visa sponsorship for international candidates.
