Elevator Installer


We are hiring an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and experience with installing and maintaining elevators. As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining elevators in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Install elevator components such as guide rails, cables, motors, and control systems according to blueprints and manufacturer instructions
- Test elevator systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical malfunctions in elevators
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts, replacing worn or damaged parts, and adjusting safety controls
- Keep accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or questions they may have

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer or similar role
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
- Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical equipment used in elevators
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working outdoors at construction sites as well as indoors in residential/commercial buildings. The job may involve working at heights or in confined spaces. As an Elevator Installer, you may also be required to work on-call for emergency repairs.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
