Sales Manager - Indian Nationals Only

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase company revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's products/services
- Negotiate contracts with clients and handle any issues or concerns that may arise
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry (sales experience in Ajman is a plus)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and negotiate effectively
- Knowledge of market research techniques and tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$. Indian nationals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
