Sales Manager for Indian Market in Ajman


We are a fast-growing company in Ajman looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales within the Indian market. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue from the Indian market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in the market
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with potential clients
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Hindi is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure
- Familiarity with Ajman's business environment is an added advantage
