A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project completion. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month and no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
