Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Manama. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Source materials, equipment, and labor necessary for construction projects
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates and progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of managing successful construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
