Job Title: Senior Architect - Remish


We are in need of a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Remish. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all stages of the architectural process, from design conception to construction completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project design by creating detailed drawings and blueprints
- Collaborate with other team members including engineers and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
- Mentor and guide junior architects in their professional growth
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
