Senior Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative and practical solutions. You will also oversee a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects, including conceptualization, planning, development, and construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee a team of architects and designers to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project designs for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Report on project progress to clients and senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and other professionals involved in the project
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
