IT Manager

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes maintaining hardware and software, implementing security protocols, managing data storage and backups, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Manage data storage solutions to ensure efficient access and backup of critical company information.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot system problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits of systems to identify any potential vulnerabilities or risks.
- Stay current with new technology developments and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, networking protocols, and security measures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical employees.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience managing budgets for IT projects.

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (Preference for Indian candidates)

This is a full-time position but we are also open to part-time candidates. English fluency is preferred as this role may require communication with international clients. Students looking for part-time positions are welcome to apply.
