Junior Barista



We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Barista to join our team in Vilnius. As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as assisting with general café operations. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and customer service, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including restocking supplies
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from customers
- Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to make recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods is preferred
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Must have own visa/permission to work in Vilnius

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance. We offer flexible working hours and opportunities for career development within our company.
