We are currently hiring an experienced Indian Interpreter to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for facilitating verbal communication between clients and professionals from different language backgrounds. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in both English and an Indian language and has a passion for bridging cultural and linguistic barriers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and professionals by interpreting conversations accurately and impartially.
- Translate written documents from English to an Indian language and vice versa.
- Participate in cultural competency training to enhance understanding of cultural differences.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and at least one Indian language (Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an interpreter or translator.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey meaning accurately.
- Good understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity towards different cultures.
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on client needs.
