Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed architectural plans and blueprints using specialized software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the design
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction processes and materials used in industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate plans within tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Siauliai, Lithuania.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required for this position.
