Moderator for English Speaking Online Community


We are seeking a skilled and experienced moderator to join our growing online community in Utena, Canada. As a moderator, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our English-speaking members. Your primary duties will include monitoring discussions and interactions, enforcing community guidelines, resolving conflicts, and creating engaging and relevant content.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within the online community
- Enforce community guidelines and handle any rule violations
- Resolve conflicts between members in a professional manner
- Create engaging content such as polls, discussion topics, and events
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure smooth functioning of the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience moderating an online community preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
Starting salary is $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
Utena, Canada. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
