Concierge Specialist
We are in need of a Concierge Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assistance to clients and guests. Your main duties will include managing reservations, coordinating services, and providing information about local attractions and events. You must have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a friendly and approachable demeanor. This position is open to Filipinos with no experience required, as training will be provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ with free visa and ticket provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and clients upon arrival and assist them with check-in process
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, and services to provide recommendations to guests
- Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed
- Manage reservations for dining, events, or other services requested by guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Act as a liaison between guests and other hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area at all times
- Handle cash transactions for concierge services such as ticket sales or currency exchange
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior experience required (training will be provided)
