We are searching for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end bakery in Gujrat, India. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries, cakes, and desserts that will delight our customers. Your main duties will include preparing ingredients, baking, decorating, and plating desserts, as well as developing new recipes and menu items. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Pastry Chef and possess strong knowledge of baking techniques and flavor combinations. Additionally, you must have excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate and plate desserts creatively to enhance their visual appeal
- Develop new recipes and menu items based on seasonal ingredients
- Ensure all orders are prepared and delivered on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Train assistants on proper techniques for pastry-making
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and place orders when needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques such as tempering chocolate and working with various types of dough
- Creativity and artistic skills to decorate desserts beautifully
- Understanding of flavor combinations to create unique pastries
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen inventory
- Degree or certification in Pastry Arts or similar field preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Gujrat, India

*This position is open to all nationalities, but candidates with experience in Indian desserts and pastries will be given preference.
